The bucket elevator consists of:

• Elevator boot – Consist of belt tightening arrangement, trapdoor for cleaning on both sides of the boot, pulley arrangement for rotation of belt, 1 inlet piece, heavy duty ball bearings, motor bracket, and extension with large inspection cover on one side for periodic inspection
• Elevator head – Comprises heavy duty ball bearings, motor bracket, pulley arrangement for rotation of belt, extension with large inspection covers on one side
• Intermediate Elevating Boxes – Consists of thick wide angles to provide strong support and accurate alignment for all the boxes
